Vernon’s approach is deeply rooted in lived experience. Having spent the first 20 years of his life struggling with belonging and self-worth in a drug-ridden and abusive household, he rebuilt his own life using a “System for Success.” He combines the human understanding he learned from his grandmother with his professional educational background to create customized, empathetic plans for his clients.
Our approach looks past society’s rigid focus on “right and wrong” or why people are “different.” Instead of judging people by their struggles, Vernon focuses on the individual’s possibilities. We provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment designed to help you find your unique path and maintain the momentum needed to reach a life you never dreamed possible.
A Discovery Session is designed to help you navigate uncertainty. Many clients start feeling unsure of what change looks like or even what questions to ask. In this session, Vernon helps you clear the “noise” in your head, identifies the right questions for your specific situation, and puts you on a clear path toward reclaiming your life.
Not at all. While we help those who have “stumbled” or “lost themselves” get back to normal, we also work with anyone who wants to ensure their life stays on the right track. Because life is a constant work in progress, our coaching is for anyone needing advice to find their path, start once again, or simply achieve success in all aspects of their life.
